"Document Structure Analysis based on Layout and Textual Features" from OCRed Tables of Contents

I have written my own algorithm based on phisical and logical blocks. Logical blocks are described by rules and are maped on the phisical blocks with propability. Thanks to that approach it is possible to extract information from OCRed documents on big scale.
