Windows nSvcIp.exe process is NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager process and the best routine is not to install it from Nvidia CD. Below is screenshot what it may do with your windows installation if you decide to install it.

If you have it installed simply go to Control Panel and uninstal it. The executable file is located in Program Files/Nvidia..../bin
