Microsoft Dynamic CRM 3.0 course consists of 3 life meeting for Microsoft Partners. The course described what is CRM how to implement it in the company, how to train people and finaly how to use it properly. There are 3 modules: sales, marketing and services. Each of them can be adjusted to you business model and all workflows can be defined. Microsoft says that the software adjusts to the company it is implemented in and not the other way...I dont agree with that. Every time someone asked "If it can be done like this...' he heard answer " It is not available in standard instalation".I agree that the software can be implemented for many companies but unfortunately not for our company...we have our own system which great value I can see after those meetings...Of course I have heard many standard approaches of most business aspects and thanks to that  I hit some new ideas about making our work in the company more auto...
